5 <br /> • the applicant to the City of St. Anthony and be signed by the person to whom <br /> the license will be issued. <br /> Subd. 3. Application Fee. The application form shall be accompanied by a <br /> non-refundable inspector license fee in accordance with Section 500.01 of this <br /> Code. <br /> Subd. 4. License Denial, Suspension, and Revocation. The license for any <br /> private housing inspector may be denied, suspended or revoked in accordance <br /> with Section 500.13 of this Code, and as may be amended. <br /> 1306.06 Duties of Housing Inspectors. <br /> Subd. 1. Professional Compliance. The private housing inspector shall comply <br /> with the following: <br /> (a) Maintain a current license with the City; <br /> (b) Conduct inspections of properties being offered for sale and <br /> conduct all evaluations within the City's program guidelines; <br /> (c) Meet required continuing education requirements as established <br /> by the profession; <br /> (d) Provide a certificate of insurance showing proof of general <br /> liability insurance and professional liability insurance with a <br /> company authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota; <br /> (e) Keep the City apprised of current personal mailing address and <br /> telephone number; and <br /> (f) Agree to adhere the industry's code of ethics in performance of <br /> housing inspection duties. <br /> Subd. 2. Compliance to Housing Inspection Program. Each housing inspector <br /> is required to comply with the following procedure for preparing and filing <br /> housing evaluation reports: <br /> (a) The evaluation report must be either typewritten or legibly <br /> printed in ink on forms furnished by the City. The report shall <br /> indicate whether the condition meets the City of St. Anthony <br /> housing standards, is below the City of St. Anthony housing <br /> standards or is deemed to be hazardous at the time and date of the <br /> evaluation. <br /> 4 <br />
