1 <br /> 2 G. Council Chamber Doors. The Council decided that installation of glass panels <br /> 0 <br /> 3 in the doors is not a priority at this time. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 H. Village Hats. The Council directed the City Manager to order Village hats for <br /> 6 the VillageFest parade. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 I. Robodyne's Request. The City Manager reported to the Council the City <br /> 9 Attorney's opinion about Robodyne's request for a Conditional Use to relocate <br /> 10 to the old Town & Country building. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 J. Silver Lake Railroad Bridge. The City Manager reported that he has a meeting <br /> 13 with Dan Solar, Ramsey County and the Public Works Director on May 12' <br /> 14 regarding the Silver Lake Road Bridge. He also reported that the County is <br /> 15 waiting for a decision from the Council regarding the design they prefer. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 K. Community Survey. The City Manager reported that the community survey is <br /> 18 ready and will begin next week. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 L. Storm Water Management Ordinance. The City Manager reported that the <br /> 21 Metropolitan Council has contacted the City regarding the need to adopt a storm <br /> 22 water management ordinance before they approve the City's Comprehensive <br /> 23 Plan Update. He indicated that he will be meeting with Todd Hubmer, WSB to <br /> �4 put together an ordinance that fits the needs of St. Anthony and also meets the <br /> 5 requirements of the Met. Council. The City Manager has also spoken to the <br /> 26 Met. Council representative, who said the model ordinance sent to the City is <br /> 27 best-case scenario and it can be structured to fit the City's ability to control <br /> 28 storm water. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 M. Update on Financing Storm Water Sewer Improvements. The City Manager <br /> 31 reported that he will be negotiating the financing contract with DNR next week. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 N. Summer Interns. The City Manager reported that Staff has indicated that they <br /> 34 will not need an intern this summer. The Council discussed the need for an <br /> 35 intern to compile oral and written histories of the City. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 XIV.
