' 13 <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY DRAFT <br /> ORDINANCE 1998-012 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SIGNS, <br /> AMENDING SECTION 1400.08, SUBD. 1 OF THE <br /> 1993 ST. ANTHONY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 1400.08, Signs Requiring No Permits, Subd.1 , Political Signs will be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Subd. 1. Political Signs. All political signs of any size may be posted from August 1 in a State <br /> General election year until 10 days following the State General Election. For a city General <br /> Election, which is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of odd numbered <br /> years, all political signs of any size may be posted four weeks prior to a City election until five <br /> days following the City election. For an Independent School District Number 282 general <br /> election, which is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of odd numbered <br /> years, all political signs of any size may be posted four weeks prior to a school election until <br /> five days following the election. Political signs are not allowed to be placed within fifteen ten <br /> feet from the curb. <br /> Section 2.
