REVIEW LEASE WITH KATHY MARTIN, HAIR ADVANTAGE. <br /> 5 The City Manager reported that Ms. Martin's lease is up on November 15` and that he advised <br /> 6 her that the City is proposing a $20.00 per month per year increase. He indicated that Ms. <br /> 7 Martin was agreeable with the proposed 5-year lease and rate increases. The City Manager <br /> 8 also reported that that 90-day Notice of Termination clause continues in the new lease. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 VII. FUTURE COUNCIL AGENDA ITEMS. <br /> 11 1. The City Manager reported that Senator Grams office has contacted the City and asked <br /> 12 if he could attend a Council meeting to present a plaque to the Myers family in honor of <br /> 13 Bill's service with the Fire Department. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 2. The City Manager also reported that on July 27' at 8:00 p.m. WSB will be conducting <br /> 16 a neighborhood meeting regarding 29`' Avenue and related flood mitigation projects. <br /> 17 He indicated that they will also be discussing installing sidewalks in the area. He <br /> 18 advised that Todd Hubmer, WSB would be at the August 10' Council meeting to report <br /> 19 on the outcome of this neighborhood meeting. The City Manager indicated that Bob <br /> 20 Thistle, Springsted and Associates, will be at the August 10' Council meeting as well. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 3. The City Manager reported that the Council will be reviewing the budget draft at the <br /> 23 August 4' worksession. <br /> 24 <br /> 0-5 The Mayor asked if the Chief of Police could provide the Council with a list of the <br /> 26 neighborhood parties participating in the National Night Out event. He indicated that <br /> 27 he would like to have the Councilmembers involved in visiting these parties as well. <br /> 28 Councilmember Faust agreed. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 The City Manager advised that the School wants to install a road for emergency <br /> 31 vehicles as part of their fire suppression plan. He indicated that part of that road will <br /> 32 need to come onto City property. He also indicated that the Public Works Director is <br /> 33 working with the School's engineers in developing this roadway. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The City Manager reported that George Wagner and Doug Koehntop reported that the <br /> 36 Parks Commission would like to plan a park dedication for Water Tower Park. The <br /> 37 City Council agreed to make the dedication a part of the VillageFest festivities. August <br /> 38 5' was suggested as a possible date for the park dedication. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 IX.
