VACATION LEAVE <br /> Delete entire paragraph under Subdivision A and insert <br /> the following wording: <br /> A. All Village employees shall accrue vacation leave at <br /> a rate of 5/6 of a day per month commencing from the date of <br /> employment. Accrued vacation may be taken following the <br /> completion of six months service by employees but will be <br /> lost if the employee is terminated prior to the completion of <br /> six months service. These provisions shall apply to employees <br /> with less than dive years seniority. Total accrual shall be <br /> limited to 15 days. <br /> Based on longevity, an employee shall be entitled to the: <br /> accrual of additional vacation leave at the anniversary date <br /> of employment in accordance with the following schedule : <br /> Anniversary date commencing the 6th year--1 additional day <br /> Anniversary date commencing the 7th year--2 additional days <br /> Anniversary date commencing the 8th year--3 additional days <br /> Anniversary date commencing the 9th year--4 additional days <br /> Anniversary date commencing the 10th year-5 additional days <br /> Delete the entire paragraph under Subdivision C and insert <br /> the following wording: <br /> C.ACCRUAL <br /> Accrual of vacation leave will be limited to 15 days. <br /> Any vacation accrued in excess of 15 days must be taken <br /> immediately or will be forfeited. <br /> SECTION XVI. SICK LEAVE <br /> Under Subdivision A. El�l i_bilit�r - change from "completion <br /> of one years service" to "completion of six momths service". <br /> Under Subdivision Bo Accrual - change from "may be <br /> accumulated to a total of n�more than thirty-six (36) days" <br /> to "may be accumulated to a total of not more than ninety (90) <br /> days" . <br /> SECTION XIX._ REST PERIODS & HOLIDAYS <br /> Subdivision B - add to the list of paid holidays, Good <br /> Friday and Veterans Day. <br />
