RESOLUTION 90-021 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA, MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the State of <br /> Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br /> have a contract to rehabilitate City Well #3 <br /> at a cost not to exceed $53, 660; and <br /> WHEREAS, the State and City agree that additional tasks <br /> are necessary for the satisfactory completion <br /> of the contract at an increase of $20, 240 to <br /> the original contract at a cost not to exceed <br /> $73, 900. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br /> • hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager <br /> to execute Contract Amendment #1 to the <br /> contract for the rehabilitation of City Well <br /> #3 on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted this day of ffl a�4 , 1990. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: i <br /> City C1 k <br /> Reviewed for administration: s�/ <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
