The City shall provide the state with an evaluation and justification for extent <br /> • of rehabilitation required for long-tern performance of Well 3 and a work plan. <br /> Upon approval of the Work Plan by the Project Manager, the City shall <br /> subcontract the rehabilitation of City Well 3 at a cost not to exceed the <br /> following: <br /> That paragraph 4.6 Task 1 shall be amended to read: <br /> New Motor $11,900 <br /> Motor Control Center 35,300 <br /> Electrical 11,400 <br /> Contingencies 5,800 <br /> Engineering 6,500 <br /> Total $70,900 <br /> Well 3 shall be in sufficient operational condition at the completion of the <br /> work to begin normal pumping for the city water supply and treatment on <br /> long-tern basis.
