CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 90-045 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOINT POLICY STATEMENT <br /> ON SILVER LAKE ROAD WITH THE CITY OF <br /> NEW BRIGHTON <br /> WHEREAS, the Cities of St. Anthony and New Brighton support improvements which <br /> would enhance traffic safety on Silver Lake Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, upon review of the preliminary design concept presented to said Cities by <br /> Ramsey County, the attached Joint Policy Statement was developed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony City Council hereby <br /> approves the Joint Policy Statement on Silver Lake Road made with the City <br /> of New Brighton and attached hereto, on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted thisII +h day of December, 1990. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
