-3- <br /> 7. Except as to negligence or intentional misconduct in the <br /> keeping, handling, storage and administration of the Hepatitis B <br /> vaccine St. Anthony <br /> � shall indemnify and <br /> hold harmless Bloomington, its officials, agents and employees from <br /> and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses arising out of <br /> or resulting from administration of the Hepatitis B vaccine <br /> pursuant to this Agreement.
