While the selection process for year 2000 projects has not yet been <br /> • completed, grant applications for year 2001 projects are now being solicited. <br /> We are in the process of reworking the grant request and will be resubmitting a new <br /> package for consideration. <br /> At its final 1999 meeting in December, the Hennepin County Board designated the <br /> Lowry Corridor in north Minneapolis as a Hennepin Community Works Project. We <br /> believe this designation shows the commitment by the Board to develop a plan to change <br /> Lowry. <br /> I am again asking for your support for the Lowry Corridor grant application by sending a <br /> new letter addressed to me in support of this grant application. The letter needs to be sent <br /> to me by January 20, 2000. <br /> Thank you for your assistance with this grant application.
