ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-026 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR ELECTION EQUIPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County purchased election equipment for a countywide optical scan <br /> voting system; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County desires to lease the new Election Equipment, which includes four <br /> new voting tabulators and accompanying software to the City of St. Anthony for <br /> use in all City elections. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Hennepin County/City of St. Anthony Lease Agreement attached hereto, <br /> relating to election equipment, and contingent upon an agreement between Ramsey and <br /> Hennepin Counties as to memory pack coding for all three precincts being performed by <br /> Hennepin County . <br /> • Adopted this day of , 2000. <br /> a r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City anager <br /> • <br />
