• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-092 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEEDING OF AN <br /> ALLEY TO THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY BY MAKO, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, Mako, Inc., a Minnesota Subchapter S Corporation, is interested in deeding an <br /> alley to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the alley is 20 feet wide and begins at Rankin Road and dead ends into the <br /> Arbors Townhouse Development; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mako, Inc. has indicated neighboring properties are amenable to the deeding of <br /> said alley to the City of St. Anthony. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request by Mako, Inc. to deed to the City of St. Anthony an alley <br /> identified as Lot 13 in Subdivision 377 - Property Identification No. 06-029-23 44 0082, and <br /> described as a 20-foot wide alley commencing at Rankin Road and dead ending into the Arbors <br /> • Townhouse Development. <br /> Adopted this day of d� , 2000. <br /> Lo�!NaJA^A!j <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> ity 94anager <br /> • <br /> I <br />
