ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01-067 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF A <br /> WELLHEAD PROTECTION PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the Minnesota Department of Health has established <br /> goals and requirements for wellhead protection; and <br /> WHEREAS, the engineering firm of WSB and Associates, Inc. has submitted to the City a <br /> proposal to prepare a Wellhead Protection Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes the engineering firm of WSB & Associates, Inc. to complete the tasks <br /> of Segment 1 of 2 (as presented in their proposal) towards completion of a Wellhead Protection <br /> • Plan for the City of St. Anthony at a cost of$4,500. <br /> Adopted this day of12001. <br /> ayo <br /> ATTEST: utJ �l <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: A litl'� <br /> City M ager <br /> • <br />
