• Scope of Services <br /> Work 'Tasks Proposed for Part 1 of the Wellhead Protection Plan for St. Anthony Village <br /> I. Assemble Background Information <br /> WSB will assemble, analyze, and summarize the data identified in the Scoping Notice, <br /> which consists of the following: <br /> A. Physical Environment <br /> 1. Geology <br /> B. Land Use <br /> 1. Land Use <br /> 2. Public Utility Services <br /> C. Water Quantity <br /> 1. Surface Water Quantity <br /> 2. Groundwater Quantity <br /> D. Water Quality <br /> 1. Groundwater Quantity <br /> WSB will request information from the following local, state, and federal agencies: <br /> a. City of Columbia Heights <br /> • b. City of Minneapolis <br /> C. City of New Brighton <br /> d. City of Roseville <br /> e. City of St. Anthony <br /> f Hennepin County <br /> g. Metropolitan Council <br /> h. Minnesota Department of Health <br /> i. Minnesota Department of Natural Resources <br /> j. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br /> k. Ramsey County <br /> 1. United States Geological Survey <br /> After all background information has been assembled and analyzed, WSB will summarize <br /> it and meet with City and Minnesota Department of Health(MDH)staff to finalize the <br /> project approach based on the available information. The remaining tasks will be <br /> discussed with MDH staff to determine the level of detail required for the City to <br /> complete Part 1 of the Wellhead Protection Plan. The cost to complete Task 1 as outlined <br /> above is anticipated to be$4,500. A budget will be prepared for completion of Tasks H- <br /> IV, and will be dependent on the outcome of the meeting with MDH. The potential scope <br /> of remaining tasks is provided below. <br /> II. Delineate Wellhead Protection Area(WHPA) <br /> A. Method Scoping. The initial step in delineation of the WHPA will be to assess <br /> • available geologic and hydrogeologic data to ascertain the level of effort required <br />
