• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01-093 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CLEANING SERVICE <br /> FOR THE ST. ANTHONY CITY HALL/COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> WHEREAS, the current cleaning service contract for the St. Anthony City Hall/Community Center <br /> will expire on December 31, 2001; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City sought bids and two bids were received for this service as follows: <br /> Town and Country Cleaning Services $48,760 per year <br /> Compton Cleaning Service Company $45,240 per year <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> • hereby approves the bid from Compton Cleaning Service in the amount of$45,240 per year for <br /> cleaning services at the St. Anthony City Hall/Community Center for 2002 and 2003. <br /> Adopted this I day of , 2001. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: 1A <br /> City Manager <br /> 48 <br />
