ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, residents within the City of St. Anthony experienced flooding in July of 1997 near <br /> the intersection of Shamrock Drive and Silver Lane, and Fordham Drive and 39`x' <br /> Avenue and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires to provide all residents with flood protection to the <br /> 1%frequency storm event. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. ANTHONY, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> The City of St. Anthony authorizes WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare a feasibility study to <br /> evaluate the alternatives available to provide 1%flood protection to the residents adjacent to <br /> Shamrock Drive and Silver Lane and Fordham Drive and 39`h Avenue.
