This project is an implementation component of the <br /> water and sewer study which was conducted in 2002. It is anticipated that the project would <br /> begin construction in September 2003 and be completed by the spring of 2004. <br /> As part of the preparation of final plans and specifications, a number of options for the <br /> E ` chlorine storage facility will be evaluated and presented to City staff for their review. At this <br /> time, a preliminary estimate of cost to complete water treatment plant improvements is <br /> approximately$1,000,000. <br /> If you have any questions, please call me at 763-287-7182, or I can discuss them at your <br /> ?
