ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 068 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT RELATING <br /> TO THE FIRE STATION CONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, bids were called for construction of a Fire Station facility; and <br /> WHEREAS, bids were received and reviewed for said project on August 12, 2003; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kraus-Anderson Construction, Inc. recommended the bids be awarded to the <br /> lowest responsible Contractor for each Bid Division. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby awards the bids for construction of the Fire Station facility, as recommended by Kraus- <br /> Anderson, as follows: <br /> Bid Division 1 Belair Excavating $143,645 <br /> Bid Division 2 Nova-Frost, Inc. $29,700 <br /> • Bid Division 3 Bituminous Roadways, Inc. $25,900 <br /> Bid Division 4 Gresser Companies, Inc. $68,700 <br /> Bid Division 5 Thurnbeck Steel Fabrication, Inc. $52,662 <br /> Total bid amount for Bid Divisions 1 through 5 $320,607 <br /> Adopted this L day of , 2003. <br /> Mayor <br /> i <br /> ATTEST: r c � <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Maner <br /> • <br />
