ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 101 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING FULL TIME PUBLIC WORKS <br /> AND FIRE UNION EMPLOYEES AND NON-UNION <br /> CITY EMPLOYEES SALARY AND BENEFIT PACKAGES <br /> FOR 2004 AND 2005 <br /> WHEREAS, full time employees of two employee unions of the City of St. Anthony, Fire and <br /> Public Works,have agreed to the following salary and benefit packages proposed <br /> for January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2005: <br /> 2004 2005 <br /> Salary 1.5% 2% <br /> Health insurance $30.00 $30.00 <br /> WHEREAS, full time, non-union employees of the City of St. Anthony will receive the same <br /> salary and benefit packages as were agreed to by union members and as stated <br /> • above for 2004 and 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, there will be a cap on personal leave for new hires after January 1, 2004 of 1,200 <br /> hours; and <br /> WHEREAS, any compensatory time remaining to all full time employees of the Fire union and <br /> non-union employees, will be paid out prior to December 31, 2003 and, with the <br /> exception of the Public Works union employees, no compensatory time will be <br /> allowed thereafter. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the salary and benefit packages as listed above for full time employees of the <br /> Fire and Public Works unions and all full time non-union employees for January 1, 2004 through <br /> December 31, 2005. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2 03 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> .
