WHEREAS, Staff received one phone call in opposition to the applicant's proposed <br /> second business identification sign;and <br /> WHEREAS, The Planning Commissioners voted unanimously to recommend approval of <br /> the variance to the City's Sign Ordinance to allow a second business <br /> identification sign. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony does hereby agree with <br /> the Planning Commissions recommendation; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony does <br /> hereby approve the variance to the City's Sign Ordinance,allowing a <br /> second business identification sign for the Hennepin County Clinic located <br /> at 2714 Hwy 88, Market Place Shopping Center. <br /> Adopted this day ok Tall uaaf-,2012. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: hu 162�w <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
