NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony Village accepts the findings and recommendations documented in a study for <br /> the purpose of considering amendments to the City Zoning Code regarding the regulation <br /> of assemblies, meeting lodges, and convention halls. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council <br /> directs staff to prepare amendments to the Zoning Code as outlined in Option 3; to <br /> specifically: <br /> 1. Clarify the definition of`assembly' to include both religious and non-religious <br /> assemblies. <br /> 2. Exclude all types of assemblies—religious and non-religious—from the light <br /> industrial zoning district. <br /> 3.
