Ordinances/Resolutions a. Wetlands Ordinance -I haven' t received the revised ordinance yet but will either bring to meeting or hand deliver before meeting. b. Sign Ordinance Amendment-TIne attached amendment will bring the signs we have been having problems with into compliance with the ordinance. ACTION: Recommend approval. c. Resolution 74-015 RESOLUTION RELATING '10 THE APPORTIONMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS. This resolution provides for dividing the special assessments between the two parcels created when Apache replatted • the property on 37th for the Animal Hospital. ACTION: Recommend approval. d. Resolution 74-016 RFSOI?FT-Tr'' FrIATING TO r.1F APPORTIONMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL INu''RGVFMFNTS. Resolution provides for dividing the special assessments between the newly created lots that resulted from the Brandt plat on Macalster Drive. ACTION: Recommend approval. 7. Old Business a. Discussion of pathway around holding pond. The City Engineer has advised that the pathway be installed by the city crew as they have the time and material availab le.The Manager and Engineer both e.dvise that rather than spending a considerable amount of time and money preparing plans and providing staking, etc. for the project that we have the maintenance department locate the pathway where the terrain and base are most suitable. The only equipment that will be required that the city doesn't have is a small loader and a bulldozer. We have some funds available for rental of equipment so we would- n't need any special action by the Council until we exhaust those funds. Manager would suggest that we hold an informational meeting to advise the owners of adjacent proprrty what our plans are and possibly discuss with the New Brighton Council. ACTION: Set date for meeting, have mayor contact New Brighton Council. 40 Authorize maintenance department to began preparation to perform work.
