Resolution 75-045 A RESOLUTION MODIFYIVG THE 1975 BUDGET.The attached
resolution will transfer funds from the Miscellaneous Income Account into
the General Fund and from the hater Fund (Sale of Meters) into the hater
Department General Fund to balance those accounts at the end of the year.
ACTION: Recommend approval .
7. Old Business
a. Mr. Richard Ernst regarding replat of Standard Oil Property. Mr. Ernst
has submitted a new proposal to the staff and we need council input before we
proceed. Mr. Ernst has proposed that the- commercial lot that Standard Oil
is on be divided, which would require replattinq, and that the restaurant
be built north of the service station on that property and access be from
Silver Lake Road. The majority of the parking would be on the American
Monarch property west of the commercial property though
We have researched the rezoning and platting of the Standard Oil property
though and find that one of the conditions of replatting and rezoning was
that there would be only one lot presumably for Standard Oil or their
service station.
It appears to me that the Council would have to indicate willingness to
replat that lot or divide it or Mr. Ernst 's proposal will not work.
ACTON: Council
