We are required to designate <br /> a legal paper. As far as I know the Minneapolis Star, <br /> Columbia Heights St. Anthony Sun and the New Brighton Bulletin <br /> all qualify. Letters attached. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> B. Resolution 77-002 - Resolution Establishing March 15, 1977 <br /> as Cut Off Date for Receiving Petitions for Public Improvements . <br /> This resolution is adopted annually to indicate to residents <br /> they must get petitions ' in early in the season to allow time <br /> for the project to be completed during the construction season. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval <br /> C. Resolution 77-003 - Resolution Approving the Signature of the <br /> Mayor, Treasurer and the City Manager on all Drafts Drawn Against <br /> Deposits of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval <br /> D. Resolution 77-004 - A resolution Authorizing Engineering Help <br /> from Minnesota Department of Highways . This resolution is <br /> adopted annually so the City Engineer can proceed to get help <br /> when needed without having to wait for the Council to meet. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval <br /> E. Resolution 77-005 - A resolution Designating Depository for <br /> City Funds. This resolution must be adopted according to law <br /> to designate the City' s depositories for funds. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval <br />
