' F. Resolution 77-006 - A Resolution Continuing the Office of Assessor for the Year 1977 . This resolution is required by law. ACTION: Recommend Approval G. Resolution 77-007 - A Resolution Designating Mayor Pro Tem for Calendar Year 1977 . The Council annually adopts this resolution so someone is designated to chair the meetings in the Mayor's absence. ACTION: Recommend Approval H. Resolution 77-008 - A Resolution Designating Cousulting Engi- neer. An engineer should be appointed but does not have to be appointed at this time if the Council desires to talk to various firms about representing the City. ACTION: Council I. Resolution 77-009 - A Resolution Designating Attorneys for St. Anthony for 1977. An attorney should be appointed for the City. Our service has been excellent from the Dorsey Firm. ' ACTION: Recommend Designation of the Dorsey Firm 7. Old Business A. Discussion of C.D. Fund allocation for 1977 . The cost esti- mates the Council requested are not completed but will be furnished later. ACTION: Council 8. New Business A. Discussion re: spending $630 .00 for information page and map in Sun Phone Directory. I question the merit of this expendi- ture with our tight budget situation. We have had this in the past though and I felt the Council should discuss the expendi- ture before we go ahead with it. ACTION: Council B. Discussion of Hennepin County ' s Assessor to St. Anthony Assessor to increase residential values by 11% . If we don't make ad- justments they will do it on an across the board basis and I feel we can do a better job if we do it on a property by pro- perty basis . The attached sheet from the assessor indicates that in most cases the increase is justified. • ACTION: Recommend that we abide by Hennepin County 's directive _
