The General Fund Accounts in question <br /> are the Police and Fire Salary Accounts . <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval . <br /> 7 . Old Business <br /> 8 . New Business <br /> A. Leqgue of Minnesota Cities - Nomination of Mayor Miedtke for <br /> the C.C. Ludwig Award. The City Council nominated Mayor Miedtke <br /> last year and unfortunately he didn't receive the award, how- <br /> ever, I feel we should resubmit the application. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval of submittal of the nomination. <br /> B. New C.E.T.A. Program. <br /> C. Dram Shop Bill - Enclosed please find a copy of SF No. 162, <br /> a bill that would establish a long needed maximum on the <br /> • liability of a liquor establishment under the Dram Shop Statute. <br />
