Florance Marks - Re: Money making project for Girl Scout Troup 1586 . Mrs. Marks will be present to discuss her pro- posal. ACTION: Council. C. Honorary Citizenship in St. Anthony for AFS Student, Emilio Garcia from Spain. Donna Stauffer requested that this be on the agenda so we can set April 12th as the date for the presentation. ACTION: Council. • D. League of Minnesota Cities - Re : Problems with State Bingo Law. I have returned the questionaire to the LMC. ACTION: Recommend we support the LMC proposed changes in the Bingo Law and so inform our legislators . E. John Drawz - LeFevere, Lefler, Pearson, O'Brien and Drawz, Re: Special assessment problems - Ramsey County. I concur with Mr. Drawz 's recommendation and recommend we proceed. ACTION: Council. F. Discussion of Leasing unused space in old City Hall. I have had several inquiries regarding leasing a portion or all of the vacant space in the old City Hall. Some of the proposed uses would require quite extensive remodeling in the form of plumbing, wiring, etc. Two of the inquiries involved office, retail, production type uses : 1 office type use, 2 service type uses. I would like the Council to give me some quidance regarding the type of uses they wouldn't want to lease the space for, whether we would consider extensive remodeling either by the City or lease and length of lease we might con- sider. I estimate our net income to be in the area of $2, 500 per year if we do lease the space. • ACTION: Council.
