Resolution 77-027 - Resolution regarding Deferred Compensation <br /> Plan. The attached resolution will permit the City to join <br /> the International City Management Association Deferred Compen- <br /> sation Plan which will offer our employees a choice of plans . <br /> This plan is very similar to the State of Minnesota plan we <br /> have already approved except that it allows participants to <br /> move from the State and still belong. y <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval . <br /> B. Resolution 77-028 - Resolution modifying the 1977 Budget. <br /> Adoption of this resolution will allow the treasurer to transfer <br /> sign reimbursement monies from the State of Minnesota into the <br /> sign account in the Maintenance budget. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> C. Resolution 77-029 - Resolution modifying 1977 Budget. Adoption <br /> of this resolution will allow the treasurer to transfer monies <br /> received from Columbia Heights and School District #282 for <br /> gasoline into the proper account in Transportation and Garage <br /> budget. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> D. Ordinance 435 - Larry Vickrey, City Attorney and I have reviewed <br /> this ordinance and see no need to keep it on the books. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Council Repeal Ordinance . <br />
