Resolution 77-051 - A Resolution Relating to Deferment of <br /> Special Assessments for Persons 65 Years of Age or Older and <br /> Establishing an Interest Rate. This resolution has been pre- <br /> pared based upon the Council ' s directives of October 11th. <br /> ACTION: Review, and if Satisfactory, Approve. <br /> • B. Resolution 77-052 - A Resolution Modifying the 1977 Budget. This <br /> resolution transfers addition receipts (reimbursements) from <br /> Ramsey County for the C.E.T.A. program to increase the appropria- <br /> tion (for C.E.T.A. wages and benefits) to the wage and salaries <br /> disbursement accounts. Under the 1978 budget, the necessity of <br /> making these transfers will be eliminated because the City will <br /> set up a self sustaining, separate fund for the C.E.T.A. program, <br /> consistent with Federal regulations . <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> C. Resolution 77-053 - A Resolution Adopting the 1978 City Budget. <br /> This resolution officially adopts the 1978 operating budget, <br /> persuant to the budget discussions. Resolution 77-049 certified <br /> the tax levy but didn' t adopt the budget. If approved, we will <br /> prepare working copies of the budget. You have modified budgets <br /> in your packets. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> D. Resolution 77-054 - A Resolution Approving the Sale of Plat <br /> 63680, Parcel 3300 . It should be noted that, under the present <br /> zoning ordinance, this lot is unbuildable unless a variance is <br /> granted. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval . <br />
