MINUTES OF VILLAGE COLING• L.-MEETING <br /> VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> JANUARY 12, 1965 <br /> 1 . CALL TO ORDER <br /> A regular meeting of the Village CounciI was called to order by Moytr James H. <br /> McNulty at 8:12 P.M. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following councilmen were present at roll call: <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> V\'. R. Dougherty <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> Absent and excused was George Erickson. <br /> Also present were the Village Nionoger, Village Attorney, and Village Clerk. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> On motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Bailey reading of <br /> the minutes was waived. The minutes were approved as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A. Hearing on vacation of Belden Drive by Nativity Lutheran Church. Upon <br /> motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved to <br /> table action. <br /> The hearing was adjourned by the Mayor pro-tem, N.B. Dougherty. <br /> Abstaining from voting as an abutting property owner was Mayor McNulty. The <br /> motion to table carried unanimously. <br /> 5. RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES <br /> A. Resolution No. 65-001 designating the St. Anthony Record as the official <br /> newspaper for 1965. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Dougherty is was moved <br /> to waivo reading of Resolution No. 65-001 and adopt the resolution. <br /> 40 The motion carried unanimously. <br />
