Resolution No. 65-002 designating the State Bank of the Village of St. Anthony <br /> as depository for village funds and accepting collateral securities as counterpart <br /> funds. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Bailey it was <br /> moved to waive reading of resolutica No. 65-002 and adopt the resolution. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> C. An Ordinance regulating the erection, construction, alteration, repair, moving, <br /> removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use and maintenance of <br /> all buildings and/or structures; providing for the issuance of permits and collection <br /> of fees; providing penalties for violations; declaring and establishing fire zones; <br /> repealing Ordinance Numbers 18, 20, 29,34, 46, 47, 56, 57A and 68 . <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was <br /> moved to refer to the Planning Board for review and recommendation in accordance <br /> with the M & C 65-1 submitted by the Village Manager. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> D. An ordinance providing an Administrative Code and establishing rules for the <br /> organization and procedure of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony . <br /> Upon order of Iviayor McNulty the ordinance was deferred for study by the Village <br /> Council until the meeting of February 9, 1965. <br /> 6. COMMUNICATIONS, PETITIONS AND REPORTS <br /> A. Communication from Antonio Fellicetta of Local 11792 regarding salary adjustment <br /> to Liquor Off-Sale employees. <br /> Upon order of the Mayor the communication was referred to the Village Manager <br /> and attorney for report at the next regular council meeting, January 26, 1965. <br /> B. Communication from Minneapolis Gas Company- re: rate reduction. <br /> An oral report by Stanley Peickert indicated that the t rate revision returned to <br /> the rate schedule utilized by the Gas Company for the first nine months of 1964. <br /> The Suburban Rate Authority is considering action to counteract the impression <br /> left by the news releases on the rate reduction that savings of a substantial <br /> character could be expected. <br /> C. Communication from Robins, Davis & Lyons re: Anthony GollicWs Health <br /> Insurance. <br /> Upon order by the Mayor the matter was referred to the attorney for report at <br /> nexlt regular meeting of January 26, 1965. <br />
