MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> sMARCH 9, 1965 <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony, <br /> Minnesota, was called to order by Mayor James H. McNulty at 8:00 P.M. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members v;Are, present at roll call : <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> Also present were the Village Manager, Village Clerk, Village Attorney, <br /> Public Work Superintendent and Public Works foreman. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was moved <br /> ' to waive reading and approve the minutes of the regular meeting held February 23, <br /> 1.65, as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4. PUBLIC H12ARINGS <br /> Nose <br /> 5. RESOLUTIONS & ORDINANCES <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty the adoption of the resolution adopting Chapter II <br /> of the Administrative Code eq-is deferred to the rmset i ng of March 23, 1965. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was <br /> moved to waive first reading and adopt Ordinance No. 49A, Ordinance relating to the <br /> use of parks and repealing Ordinance 49 adopted August 27, 1959 as amended. <br /> ORDINANCE 49A <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO AND REGULATING THE USE OF PARKS AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES; <br /> REPEALING ORDINANCE NO, 49, ADOPTED AUGIIST 17, 15'59. <br /> Voting on the. Ordinance. <br /> Aye: Dougherty, Erickson, McNulty, Sorenson <br /> May: Bailey <br /> The motion carried. <br />
