MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Upon order of the Mayor the requests for building permits by Jayls Restaurant <br /> in the Apache complex and for an addition to 3005 - 37th Avenue were referred to <br /> ..he Pla;.;-;i-c, Roa-d. <br /> Upon request of Councilman Sorenson, Mayor McNulty instructed the Village <br /> Manager to contact Robert Schaeffer, Manager of New Brighton, to determine what <br /> can be done to improve the outlet of Silver Lake via County Ditch No. 3. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was <br /> moved to authorize Mayor and Village Manager to enter into a contract with <br /> Naegle Outd-or Advertising for maintenance of signs at Apache Lounge for $30.00 <br /> monthly for 36 months with option to purchase after 36 months for $1 .00. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> �. OLD BUSINESS <br /> Upon motion by Mayor McNulty seconded by rolincilman Bailey it was moved to <br /> waive reading and adopt Resolution No. 65-028 as amended authorizing induction <br /> of fluoride into the municipal water system. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-028 <br /> ' RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INDUCTION OF FLUORIDE INTO THE <br /> MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM. <br />
