CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony <br /> was called to order by Mayor Pro tem Dougherty at 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 8, <br /> 1965. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were. present at roll call : <br /> Robert 3ailey <br /> 1.1. R. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> James H. McNulty (arrived late) <br /> Also present were the Village Clerk, Village Engineer and Maintenance <br /> Superintendent. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> • Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was <br /> moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of May 25, 1965, as <br /> corrected. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded by Councilman Erickson, it was <br /> moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-053 Ordering Plans and Specifications For <br /> Installation of Chlorination and Fluoridation Equipment for treatment of !!ell <br /> No. 5. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-053 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF CHLORINATION <br /> AND FLUORIDATION EQUIPMENT FOR TREATMENT OF l!ELL N0. 5. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 6. COMMUNICATIONS, PETITIONS & REPORTS <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was <br /> moved to authorize the Village Manager to grant a permit to Apache Plaza <br /> allowing 1-!est High School to hold their Commencement All Night Party at the <br /> Apache Center on Wednesday, June 9, 1965• <br /> • The motion carried. <br /> Upon order of Mayor Pro tem Dougherty the minutes of the regular meeting of <br /> the Park and Recreation Advisory Committee held June 3, 1965, were received and <br /> filed. <br />
