Upon motion by Councilman Erickson, seconded by Councilman Bailey, it was <br /> moved to grant a variance from the minimum side yard requirements as outlined <br /> in Ordinance No. 66 from 30 feet to 16.93 feet on Lot 1 , Block . ], Wilshire <br /> Park Fourth Addition as requested by Kenneth Verthien. <br /> • The motion carried. <br /> Upon order of Mayor Pro tem Dougherty the Addendum to the Planning ^oard <br /> Minutes of May 10, 1965 was received and filed. <br /> 7. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Upon order of Mayor Pro tem Dougherty, the appointment of Linda Lakotas as <br /> provisional Clerk-steno was noted and filed. <br /> U. OLD ^USINESS <br /> Upon order of Mayor Pro tem Dougherty, the April Statement of Financial <br /> Condition was received and filed. <br /> Upon order of Mayor Pro tem Dougherty, the First Quarter Liquor Audit <br /> Report was received and filed. <br /> Upon order of Mayor Pro tem Dougherty, the Village Manager, Village <br /> Engineer, and Village Attorney were instructed to investigate further the <br /> claim of R. L. Crouse for damages to his property at 3613 Silver Lake Road and <br /> report at the meeting of June 22, 1965. <br /> ,ye /1oTioN CooRtep. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Bailey, it was <br /> moved to instruct the Village Manager to discontinue the regular patrols by <br /> • 3 U E Patrol and to enforce the dog ordinance by specific complaint only. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 9.
