Aye-: O'Connor Dougherty, Springer, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Abstaining: Bailey <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The Village Manager was instructed to engage an architect for the designing <br /> of the Off Sale Store #1 Addition. <br /> Resolution No. 186, Village of New Brighton, Ordering Improvement and <br /> preparation of plans was received. The Village engineer was instructed to <br /> report to the Council on the Silver Lane improvement at the March 22nd <br /> • meeting. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to request the Park and Recreation Board <br /> to consider a Boulevard tree Ordinance for recommendation to the Council. <br />
