COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> March 22, 1966 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony was <br /> called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday March 22, 1966. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> Curtis O'Connor, W. R. Dougherty, Clem Springer, Robert Bailey, Richard <br /> Sorenson* <br /> also present: <br /> I <br /> Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Village Engineer, DeWayne Olson <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved <br /> that the minutes be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> ® Donald Kronk appeared representing the Planning Board. <br /> /Mr. Anton Jambar, owner of 3200 - 36th Avenue, has presented his request to the <br /> Board for administrative platting approval to take 14 ft. from 3200 - 36th Ave. <br /> Lot 1 , Block 4, Wilshire Park 4th Addition, a 95 ft. lot and adding the 14 ft. <br /> to outlot 6, a 60 ft. lot. 3200 - 36th Avenue would still meet Village minimums <br /> but outlot 1 would result in a 74 ft. lot, one foot below frontage minimums. The <br /> Board recommended the Council approve the lot division allowing a one foot front- <br /> age variance on the larger outlot. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Springer, it was moved <br /> to approve the variance. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Walter Sohorowich of Rodney Billman's Inc. presented his request to the <br /> Planning Board for a 6 ft. side yard variance from Highcrest Road at 3608 - 36th <br /> Avenue, Lot 11 , Block 5, Wilshire Park 4th Addition. The Board recommended the <br /> Council approve the variance. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was moved <br /> to grant the variance. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Horton Connett requested permission of the Board to temporarily use the <br /> small office on Stinson Boulevard between 33rd and 34th Avenues as a construction <br /> office, and for permission to erect a variety of signs at undisclosed locations. <br /> The board recommended to approve Mr. Connett 's request for temporary use of the <br /> building for 24 months or less, provided Mr. Connett moderately redecorate the <br /> appearance of said office.
