The Clerk was instructed to notify the <br /> Planning Board of the proposed vacation and request that they hold a hearing <br /> on this property. The Clerk was also instructed to notify N.S.P. of the Council 's <br /> intentions. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 66-028 and moved that it be adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-028 <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> N.S.P. ELECTRICAL, SUB-STATION PROPERTY <br /> AND ADJACENT COMMERCIALLY ZONED PROPERTY. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Sorenson. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: Bailey, Sorenson, O'Connor, Springer, Dougherty <br /> Nay: None <br /> The resolution was declared adopted. <br /> Councilman Springer read from Ordinance No. 66, Subdivision 2. Exterior Storage. <br /> He requested this part of the Ordinance be enforced for 60 days. Upon motion by <br /> Councilman Springer seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was moved to table the <br /> • inoperable vehicle ordinance until the meeting of May 24th. At this time the <br /> Manager was to report on the progress of the enforcement. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Paul Johnson requested an adjustment of his assessments. The Council tabled <br /> the request to the next meeting pending a report from Mr. Shaughnessy, the <br /> Assessor, stating whether or not Mr. Johnson has an adjustment coming. <br /> The police report for the month of February was accepted as submitted. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved <br /> to pay the Certificate of the Engineer, Comstock and Davis for services rendered <br /> from January 31 , to February 26, 1966 in the amount of $131 .50. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Bailey, Sorenson, O'Connor, Springer, Dougherty <br /> Nay: None <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The Mayor declared a ten minute recess. <br /> The Council discussed the procedure of N.S.P. for obtaining permits for pole <br /> location and the fact that there seemed to be an excessive number of poles in <br /> certain locations. The Clerk was requested to send a letter to N.S.P. with regard <br /> to this. <br />
