-3- Mayor 3- Mayor O'Connor introduced Resolution No. 66-026 and moved that it be adopted. RESOLUTION NO. 66-026 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY AND LOCAL NO. 792, BREWERY, LIQUOR, SOFT DRINK, CARBONATED & SPRING WATER DRIVERS, HELPERS AND INSIDE EMPLOYEES UNION. The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Sorenson. Voting on the Resolution: Aye: Bailey, Sorenson, O'Connor, Springer, Dougherty Nay: None The resolution was declared adopted. Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 66-027. Councilman Springer noted that the word now in the phrase.. certain store now occupied by Fox Men's wear... should be changed to formerly. The attorney noted that 'for an additional three year period' should be added after the phrase... dated November 30, 1962... Councilman Dougherty moved that Resolution No. 66-027 be adopted with the amend- ments. RESOLUTION N0. 66-027 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE ST. ANTHONY-MPLS. INC. FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE LEASE DATED NOVEMBER 30, 1962, FOR A VILLAGE LIBRARY. The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Springer. Voting on the resolution: Aye: Bailey, Sorenson, O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer Nay: None The resolution was declared adopted. Horton Connett appeared with his plat to request approval by the Council. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the plat upon Mr. Connett obtaining the signatures of Mr. and Mrs. Lemke and the Northeast State Bank. Voting on the motion: Aye: Bailey, Sorenson, O'Connor, Springer, Dougherty • Nay: None Motion Carried.
