• COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> May 10, 1966 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to ordar <br /> b7 the Mayor pro-tem at 8:00 O'Clock P.M. on Tuesday May 10, 1966. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> W. R. Dougherty, Clem Springer, Robert Bailey, Richard Sorenson. <br /> Absent: <br /> Curtis O'Connor <br /> Also Present: <br /> Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Village Engineer, DeWayne Olson <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> It was noted that on page two of the minutes of April 26, 1966 that that part of <br /> the minutes as refers to Mahlon Sandberg has a typing error in the spelling of <br /> Mahlon. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved <br /> • that the minutes of the meeting of April 26, 1966 be approved as corrected. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Robert Eagle, member of Park and Recreation Committee, reviewed the Park <br /> Board Minutes of May 5, 1966. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to review the 1966 lbrk Mudget t-ti th the Pnrk 11A to <br /> determine if funds were available for the development of a Park lighting plan <br /> at a cost of $800.00. <br /> The Village Attorney was directed to assist the Park and Recreation Committee in <br /> getting information on an ordinance for the control of Boulevard tree planting. <br /> Mr. Eagle stated that the Park Committee would request that consideration be <br /> given an individual with recreation background when a successor for Mr. Northfield <br /> was chosen. <br /> The minutes of the Park and Recreation Committee meeting of May 5th were ordered <br /> filed. <br /> The Council considered the Minutes at the special meeting of the Planning Board <br /> of May 3, 1966. <br /> Mr. Gary Welch, representing N.S.P. Co. Land Department requested to be on <br /> racord as opposing any change in zoning. He felt the owners were entitled to <br /> the highest and best use of the property if sold in the future. <br /> Mr. Frank Fudali , attorney for Mrs. Ammerman,asked to be recognized. He stated <br /> that he was not notified of the meeting of the Planning Board on May 3, 1966, <br /> and was informed by Mayor pro-tem Dougherty that it was not necessary to notify <br /> him that a meeting was to be held by the Board. Mr. Fudali stated that the <br /> Planning Boards logic in the zoning consideration was based on the zoning of the <br />
