Co. After considerable discussion of rates and change over <br /> schedule, the contract was referred to the Village Attorney, Raymond Haik, for <br /> review and recommendation at the next regular meeting. <br /> Mr. Saliterman, and counsel,Mr. Shapiro, appeared regarding the extension of <br /> Coolidge Street in the Saliterman portion of the St. Anthony Shopping Center. <br /> Mr. Shapiro stated the need for an access road to Lowry Avenue and also for <br /> deliveries at the rear of the buildings of the Shopping Center. He also pres- <br /> ented costs for the proposed improvement. DeWayne Olson, Comstock and Davis, <br /> explained the details of the storm sewer and street improvement as proposed. <br /> • Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved <br /> that the proposed improvement for the extension of Coolidge Street as submitted <br /> by Comstock and Davis, engineers, be approved. <br /> Motion not carried. <br />
