Mr. Shapiro stated the need for an access road to Lowry Avenue and also for deliveries at the rear of the buildings of the Shopping Center. He also pres- ented costs for the proposed improvement. DeWayne Olson, Comstock and Davis, explained the details of the storm sewer and street improvement as proposed. • Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved that the proposed improvement for the extension of Coolidge Street as submitted by Comstock and Davis, engineers, be approved. Motion not carried.
