COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> May 24, 1966 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday May 24, 1966. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, O'Connor <br /> Absent: <br /> Sorenson <br /> Also present: <br /> Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Springer it was moved <br /> that the minutes of the meeting of May 10, 1966 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> • Mr. Englund, Planning Board member, appeared to discuss Board action of May 17, <br /> 1966. <br /> The Council accepted the recommendation of the Planning Board and took no action <br /> on the request to re-zone lot 3 and n L of lot 4, Block 11, Moundsview Acres <br /> 2nd Addition,from light industrial to multiple. <br /> A revised parking layout was presented for Medtronics Inc., and after discussion <br /> as to ingress and egress to Highway No. 8, it was moved by Councilman Dougherty, <br /> seconded by Councilman Bailey that the parking plan for Medtronics Inc. be <br /> approved as submitted. <br /> ttion Carried. <br /> Request of Mr. Babinski, Builder, to construct an additional twenty garage units <br /> at 3808 Macalaster Drive was discussed. It was moved by Councilman Dougherty <br /> seconded by Councilman Springer that the request be approved. <br /> �,`Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Peterson, Realtor, presented a preliminary Plat of lot 2, Block 5, Mounds- <br /> view Acres 2nd Addition for approval . <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilman Bailey seconded by Mayor O'Connor <br /> that the preliminary plat of lot 2, Block 5, Moundsview Acres 2nd Addition be <br /> approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 2 <br />
