-4- <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Sorenson <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: Springer, Bailey, Sorenson, Dougherty <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: O'Connor <br /> The resolution was declared adopted. <br /> Councilman Sorenson introduced Resolution No. 66-047 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-047 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION <br /> OF PLANS <br /> ROOSEVELT COURT - STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> ROOSEVELT COURT - SEWER & WATER IMPROVEMENT <br /> MACALASTER DRIVE - STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> ,• The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Bailey <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: Springer, Bailey, Sorenson, Dougherty <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: O'Connor <br /> The Resolution was declared adopted. <br /> The report of enforcement of Ordinance No. 66, RE: inoperable vehicles was <br /> received and the Village Manager was directed to submit a similar progress <br /> report at the first meeting in July. <br /> The Village Attorney explained in detail the State Highway turnback law as it <br /> affects the Village of St. Anthony. After discussion, the Village Attorney and <br /> Manager were directed to contact the Highway Department relative to the conn- <br /> ecting roadway from the intersection of Silver Lake Road and St. Anthony Blvd. <br /> to Highway #8, 'and report back at a future meeting. <br /> The Council agreed that the Hennepin County League of Municipalities Membership <br /> be continued for another year. <br /> The Council was informed that Mr. Dick Fudali requested that the consideration <br /> of the division of the Diamond 8 Apartment complex be deferred to the meeting <br />, V of June 28, 1966. This item was directed to be placed on the agenda of June 28, <br /> 1966. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 P.M. and reconvened at 10:00 P.M., all pres- <br /> ent except Mayor O'Connor. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to send a letter to New Brighton residents <br /> RE: holding pond. <br />
