-3- <br /> Councilman <br /> 3-Councilman Springer moved that a 6' fence be constructed in areas not signed to <br /> within 30 feet of the south and west property lines respectively, and that a <br /> 3' fence be constructed from this termination point to the respective property <br /> lines on the south and west. <br /> After discussion the motion was withdrawn. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved that <br /> the Clark Oil Company re-submit a sign proposal in accordance with the prov- <br /> isions of the Sign Ordinance with a further allowance that the pylon sign be <br /> included in the new proposal. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor seconded by Councilman Springer it was moved <br /> that the request for division of the W 11 of- lot 4 block 6, Moundsview Acres <br /> into the S. 75.33' and the N. 40.21 ' be approved subject to the filing of a <br /> copy of the purchase contract for the N. 40.21 ' and a copy of the filing cert- <br /> ificate on said property. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> • Upon motion by Councilman Springer seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was <br /> moved that the Manager be directed to request a planning proposal from Midwest <br /> Planning and Research Incorporated as set forth in the proposal submitted by <br /> Nason, Law, Wehrman and Knight. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Dick Fudali appeared regarding a request- to divide the Diamond 8 Apartment <br /> complex into separate lots or• tracts. He- sited the problem on the payment of <br /> mortgages to the several lending agencies financing the project. He expressed <br /> a willingness to dedicate the streets to the Village. The Council discussed <br /> with Mr. Fudali the requirements of the original Diamond 8 development plan <br /> and it was the council 's opinion that the splitting off of the property along <br /> 37th Avenue in the division as proposed would not be compatible to the dev- <br /> elopment plan. Mr. Fudali stated that the present tract was a hardship as <br /> it exists and that he did not own the property along 37th Avenue N.E. Mayor <br /> O'Connor suggested the proposal be brought to the Planning Board, and that <br /> he contact the Village Attorney on any legal problems that might arise. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 66-048 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-048 <br /> RESOLUTION REMOVING CERTAIN STREET ASSESSMENT <br /> FROM VILLAGE OWNED PROPERTY <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Mayor O'Connor. <br /> Voting on the Resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None . <br /> The resolution was declared adopted. <br />
