He- sited the problem on the payment of
mortgages to the several lending agencies financing the project. He expressed
a willingness to dedicate the streets to the Village. The Council discussed
with Mr. Fudali the requirements of the original Diamond 8 development plan
and it was the council 's opinion that the splitting off of the property along
37th Avenue in the division as proposed would not be compatible to the dev-
elopment plan. Mr. Fudali stated that the present tract was a hardship as
it exists and that he did not own the property along 37th Avenue N.E. Mayor
O'Connor suggested the proposal be brought to the Planning Board, and that
he contact the Village Attorney on any legal problems that might arise.
Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 66-048 and moved that it be
adopted.
RESOLUTION NO. 66-048
RESOLUTION REMOVING CERTAIN STREET ASSESSMENT
FROM VILLAGE OWNED PROPERTY
The resolution was duly seconded by Mayor O'Connor.
Voting on the Resolution:
Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson
Nay: None .
The resolution was declared adopted.
