-3- <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 67-011 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 67-011 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT OF CERTAIN <br /> SECURITIES BY THE ST. ANTHONY STATE BANK. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Springer. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Sorenson <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> After discussion, in which the Council was informed that the successful bidd- <br /> er on the patrol car was unable to meet specifications. Councilman Bailey <br /> moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the action awarding bids <br /> for the supplying of one patrol car, one 1/2 ton pick up truck and one <br /> 3/4 ton pick up truck be rescinded. <br /> • Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey and seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved <br /> that the Village Manager be authorized to re-advertise for bids for the supp <br /> lying of one patrol car, one 3/4 ton pick up truck, and one 1/2 ton pick up <br /> truck. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> After discussion of the report by Layne of Minnesota for the repair of Well <br /> #3, Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Councilman Springer that the <br /> sum of $1081 .20 be transferred from the (dater Fund Reserve to Account #80-24. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was <br /> moved that Layne of Minnesota be authorized to proceed on the repair of <br /> Wel1 #3 as set forth in their proposal of January 20, 1967 in the amount of <br /> $3681.20 <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The well pumping report for 1966 was received and ordered filed. <br /> A letter from Richard Fudali regarding security provisions for Diamond <br /> • 8 Apartments was received. <br />
