-4- <br /> A <br /> 4-A letter from Michael Galvin, attorney for the Lowry Grove Trailer Park, <br /> was received and the Village attorney was instructed to bring a complaint <br /> against the property owners pursuant to a directive by the Village Council . <br /> After discussion, the 1966 Police report was received and ordered filed. <br /> A letter from Mr. Ron Erickson was received and ordered filed. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was <br /> moved that the request to place a pole on the N.W. corner of Bell Lane and <br /> Crestview Drive be tabled. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved <br /> that the statement of Glen Asmus, Liquor Store Auditor, be approved in the <br /> amount of $2995.00. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Bailey it was <br /> moved that the properly verified claims be approved. <br /> Motion Carred. <br /> • Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Springer it was <br /> moved that the statement of Henning Nelson Construction Co., Liquor Store <br /> Contractor, be approved in the amount of $16,245.00 per contract. <br /> Voting on the Motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey <br /> Nay : None <br /> Absent not voting: Sorenson <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Councilman Springer noted that the Elmwood Lutheran Church had placed a sign <br /> on the RAA of 37th Avenue N.E. and Chelmsford Drive. The Village Manager <br /> was instructed to investigate. <br /> Councilman Bailey moved and seconded by Councilman Springer that the meeting <br /> be adjourned. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The meeting was reconvened by the Mayor, all present who answered regular <br /> meeting roll call. <br /> • <br />
