VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> February 28, 1967 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor at 8t00 o'clock PM on Tuesday February 28, 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also present: Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Village Engineers, Ice Comstock, Dewayne Olson <br /> Village Supt. Public Works, Norbert lthher <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> It was noted on page four as regards installation of street light at Bell <br /> Lane and Crestview Drive that a portion of a sentence was duplicated and <br /> should be stricken. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Springer seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was <br /> moved that the minutes of February 140 1967 be approved as corrected. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> • Emond presented the minutes of the Planning Board meeting of February 21, <br /> 1967. A proposal by a Mr. Sexter was received for remodeling the Cramer <br /> property. After discussion, Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by <br /> Mayor O'Connor that the pians for the remodeling of the Cramer property be <br /> approved providing that minimum standards of bedroom size be conformed to. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Al request for side yard variance by Douglas Johnson over lot 19, Block 5, <br /> Sky Croft Manor Addition was discussed at length. Councilman Dougherty moved <br /> and seconded by Councilman Sorenson that the request for variance be denied. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> After review of a proposed plat to combine lots 3 and 4 and the South 14 of <br /> lot 1, Block 10 Moundsview Acres, 2nd Addition, Mayor O'Connor moved and sec- <br /> onded by Councilman Dougherty that the plat be approved as submitted and the <br /> building plan for a 42 unit apartment building be approved subject to build- <br /> ing area requirements. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Bureau, real estate broker, representing The Goodyear Company, presented <br /> plans for an automobile service center. Councilman Bailey suggested that the <br /> property be replatted and that the parking requirements for the office build- <br /> ing be reviewed. After discussion, Councilman Springer moved and seconded <br /> by Councilman Dougherty that the Goodyear proposal be tabled for review of <br /> parking requirements for the Apache Office Building and that the plans be <br /> submitted to the Fire Dept. for approval, and that the development proposal <br /> consider the the allignment of the proposed building with the Apache Office <br /> Bldg. <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
