-3- <br /> Voting <br /> 3-Voting on the Resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> After discussion, Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor <br /> that the Village Attorney be directed to prepare an amendment to the Water <br /> Ordinance providing for a 54 late reading charge and also amendments to <br /> the Electric Code and the Electric Fee Schedule as amended by the City of <br /> Minneapolis in 1966-1967. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The Mayor announced that this was the time and the place for the holding of a <br /> public hearing for the supplemental Assessment of land for 1965 Street Imp- <br /> rovement 7417-65-1. There being no questions from those present, the Mayor <br /> declared the hearing closed. <br /> Councilman Sorenson introduced Resolution No. 66-018 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-018 <br /> • A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT OF LAND FOR STREET <br /> IMPROVEMENT 7417-65-1. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Springer. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved <br /> that the bids for supplying one paving breaker be returned to bidders and bids <br /> readvertised at some future date. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon Motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved <br /> that the bid of Hawkins Chemical Company be accepted for the supplying of <br /> chlorine and hydrofluosilicic acid for the year 1967. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> • A resolution regarding determination of state aid street allotment was receiv- <br /> ed from the City of Fridley. After discussion the Village Manager was instr- <br /> ucted to notify Representative Meyers and Senator Nyquist that the Village <br /> Council does support such a bill. <br />
