VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> March 14, 1967 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, March 14, 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Absent: Dougherty <br /> Also present: Village Attorney, David Doty <br /> Village Engineer, DeWayne Olson <br /> Village Supt. of Public Works, Norbert Maher <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> Councilman Bailey moved and seconded by Councilman Springer that the Minutes <br /> of the special meeting of March 1, 1967 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Councilman Springer noted that it was his opinion that no indication of app- <br /> roval or disapproval was given as stated in line two, page two, as pertains <br /> to the proposed Goodyear Service Center pylon sign and that said sentence <br /> • should be stricken. <br /> Councilman Springer moved and seconded by Councilman Bailey that the minutes <br /> of the regular meeting of February 28, 1967 be approved as amended. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. John Andrychowicz, Park Board member, reviewed the proceedings of the <br /> Boards meetings. Mayor O'Connor informed Mr. Andrychowicz that the Park <br /> Board is to include the development of the North Park site in its1967 con- <br /> struction program as pointed out to the Board members at the budget meetings <br /> last September. <br /> Ordinance No. 64C was presented for the first reading. <br /> ORDINANCE NO, 64C <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES AND REGULATIONS <br /> FOR WATER SERVICES AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION <br /> THEREOF, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 64, ADOPTED MAY 22, <br /> 1962, ORDINANCE #64 A ADOPTED MARCH 12, 19630 AND <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 64B ADOPTED NOVEMBER 10, 1964. <br /> After discussion, Mayor O'Connor moved and seconded by Councilman Sorenson <br /> that the Ordinance be approved for second reading. <br /> . Voting on the Motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Dougherty <br /> Ordinance approved for second reading. <br />
