ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> April 25, 1967 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday April 25, 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Absent : None <br /> Also present : Raymond Haik Village Attorney <br /> DeWayne Olson, Village engineer <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Councilman Springer requested that a report of an inoperable vehicle located <br /> at 3120 Rankin Road be added to page 2 Minutes of April 11, 1967 as refers to <br /> a petition opposing the parking of a vehicle at 2700 - 3212 Ave. N.F. Council- <br /> man Springer requested that a motion to approve the Ogdahl-Metro Bill read <br /> as a'resolution was introduced by Councilman Springer to approve the Ogdahl- <br /> Metro Bill '--resolution not seconded, page #2 minutes of April 11, 1967 <br /> • Councilman Sorenson moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the <br /> minutes be approved as amended. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Louis Howtiz, Planning Board Chairman, presented the Boards minutes of April <br /> 18, 1967. <br /> The Council was informed that the request to divide the Mike Shun property, <br /> 2913 - 33rd Ave. N.E., was previously approved by the Village Council in 1964. <br /> No action was taken on the request. <br /> The request to rezone lots 3 and the north 2 of lot 4, Rlock 11, Mounds View <br /> Acres 2nd Addition was considered. It was the Council 's opinion that the <br /> owner may petition the Planning 9oard to hold a public hearing if he so desire_ <br /> a zoning change. No action was taken on the request. <br /> Mr . John Ffertog presented plans for an addition to the present greenhouses on <br /> Lot 1 Block 6, Clark & kings Hennepin Gardens. The Council was informed that <br /> a public hearing was held on the matter as required by Ordinance. After <br /> discussion, Councilman Bailey moved and seconded by Councilman Sorenson that <br /> a variance be granted as requested. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: Dougherty <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
